With extensive experience in high-intensity environments, Sarah has worked with individuals facing severe and complex mental health challenges. She is skilled in managing and supporting those impacted by critical incidents and complex trauma, particularly in the areas of:

- Suicide Risk
- Grief & Loss
- Homelessness & Family Violence
- Asylum Seekers & Systemic Trauma
Sarah can support clients through a range of mental health concerns, including:

Sarah works with individuals aged 16 and above, bringing her knowledge, empathy, and clinical expertise to help each person navigate their unique journey toward healing. She is available for a FREE Emotional Check Up session at the Wishart practice on Thursdays and Fridays. Alternatively, she is able to conduct Telehealth consultations.
