Psychologist, Cindy Porter, has a passion to support people to reconnect with themselves and others, and find peace and freedom within their lives from an empowered and authentic place. Her professional experience includes working within youth mental health, antenatal mental health and more recently in private practice with a range of clients, both in person and via telehealth. As part of this experience, Cindy has gained knowledge working within various therapeutic modalities and with a range of demographic and presenting issues.

Cindy’s personal therapeutic style is warm and person centred, preferring mindfulness, attachment based and psychodynamic therapies. She tends to blend spirituality and psychology, with a belief that wellness stems from harmony between body, mind and spirit. Cindy realises that each individual is unique within their self and struggles, and therefore remains flexible to the needs of the client. She has a passion for working with women, mothers and babies and adolescents.
